From infancy through young adult years, Associated Pediatric Dentistry will provide your child with quality dental care, compassion, education, and support. Our team is committed to helping patients achieve their optimum level of dental health and well-being.

Your Child's First Visit

At your child's first visit, we will review your child's health history form with you. Your child will be introduced to members of our dental team and be invited to tour our office. We welcome and highly encourage you to join your child into the treatment area during the initial examination. This will give you the opportunity to see our staff in action and ask the doctor any questions, voice any concerns, or discuss different treatments and care options for your child.

During the examination, the doctor will examine your child's head and neck and then evaluate the health of their teeth, gums, and bite. Dental radiographs are taken only when necessary. The cleaning will likely be performed after everything has been demonstrated and explained to them. This helps put your child at ease. If your child needs any additional services, we will schedule it for a later appointment.

Once you make an appointment at one of our offices, that time is exclusively reserved for your child. If, for some reason, your child can no longer make their appointment, please call us with 24 hours notice so that we can reschedule the appointment.

Our offices require that a parent or legal guardian accompany the patient to the initial appointment. If you are the legal guardian, you must provide legal proof of guardianship.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and CareCredit.

The insurance companies we are in-network with are: Delta Dental Premier, Metlife, United Concordia Fee for Service/Sunlife Financial, Assurant, Cigna Radius, Ameritas, Advantica and certain Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. We will however, bill other insurance plans but it is not a guarantee of coverage. We are also pleased to bill insurance for all of our active duty military families. We strongly suggest you contact your insurance company prior to making an appointment.

If you have a plan that is not “in-network” we will be happy to still bill your insurance, with the understanding that you would be responsible for the “out- of network” fees. If you have any further questions or concerns relating to your particular plan, feel free to give us a call.

Electronic and Paper Health Records

Our office utilizes both electronic and paper health records that allow us to be able to provide everything that might be needed at the time of your child's appointment. We use multiple safeguards and abide by privacy laws (HIPAA) to protect all of your information.
